2024 Applications

Welcome to our 2024 applications hosted by Rathdrum Craft and Farmers Market! Please read the information below before you complete the applications. Also note that by filling out and submitting any applications, you are agreeing to our Rules and Regulations for each event.

Rathdrum Craft and Farmers Market is a local community craft and farmers market where shoppers can find unique items crafted by highly gifted artists. We strive to make a safe environment for everyone to come together and celebrate their talents and showcase what they love.

Our events are located at the
Rathdrum Lions Club

Rathdrum, ID 83858. 

2024 Applications

We have four applications this year for or four seasonal events

~Application 1: Spring Craft Fairs

This application features our spring events, which include:

February 10 - Cupid's Arrow Craft Show
March 16 - Hello Spring Craft Show 
March 30 - April Fools Day Craft Show 
April 13 - Bloom Into Spring

~Application 2: Fall/Winter Craft Fairs

This application features our fall and winter events including our Santa Helpers for Seniors Fundraiser. Santa Helpers For Seniors event takes place the weekend before Thanksgiving every year.

October 5 - It's Fall Y'all Craft Fair
November 9 - Handmade Holiday Craft Fair
November 23 - Santa Helpers For Seniors Craft Fair
December 7 - Holiday Craft Fair 
December 21 - Last Minute Shopping Craft Fair

~Application 3: Family Fall Festival

This application is for our huge Family Fall Festival event. There are no other events listed on this application. This is a two day event (October 19 & 20, 2024) with tons of family fun activities, vendors, and more!

Use the application below to apply. If you apply and pay before July 1, 2024, you will receive our Early Bird Special 10% Discount!

We are also featuring a discount on a second outdoor booth. The second booth must be used by the same vendor and cannot be shared with other vendors.

~Application 4: Summer Craft and Farmers Market

The Summer Craft and Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from April 27 to September 28. It includes a Kids Day in July and ends with a huge Garden Party. 

Kids Day allows all children 17 and under a free booth! A Parent or Guardian must apply.

We have different Flex Passes for those who are interested in the Market.

Use the app below to apply and select the days you wish to attend. If you apply and pay before Match 1, 2024, you get $50 off a Seasonal Pass for our Summer Craft and Farmers Market!


We Accept:

  1. Arts and Crafts made by the Vendor.
  2. Garden produce, plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, fruit, bulbs, honey, eggs, cheese, meat, wild-harvested edibles. All produce must be clean and fresh and market ready when the seller arrives. All edible products should be off the ground. 
  3. Prepared Cottage foods (including candies, baked goods and jams). Cottage Foods Risk Assessment form must be obtained from Panhandle Health and proof provided prior to deadline. 
  4. MLM businesses (US Borne books, Color Street, etc.) may be limited to 1 per market day. We reserve the right to decline any MLM that conflicts with our already established Vendors. 
  5. Direct sales companies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only on special event days (Kids day, Pet adoption day, etc.).
  6. Fundraisers

To Become a Vendor

  1. Click the images below to fly over to the application form
  2. Read the Rules and Regulations required for each event
  3. Submit an application for the events you wish to attend
    • by submitting an application you are agreeing to the Rules and Regulations
  4. Wait for a response on whether you have been accepted or not
  5. If accepted, pay the vendor fee within 2 weeks
Prices are listed on each application.

In the form below, please be sure to give us your business social media links, not your personal links. We use these to check the items you sell and get great information to help highlight your business on our own social media accounts.

Booth spaces:
  • Outdoor booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet (10'x10')
  • Indoor booth spaces are 6 feet by 8 feet (6'x8'). These spaces are limited
Kids 17 and under are always Half Price!

Early Bird Specials

This year a couple of our events have an Early Bird Special. This means submitting an application early gives you a discount on your booth space rental! 

Apply and pay before July 1, 2024 to get 10% off a booth fee for Family Fall Festival!

Apply and pay before Match 1, 2024 to get $50 off a Seasonal Pass for our Summer Craft and Farmers Market!

Single day - $40
Flex Pass (5 days) - $150
Flex Pass (10 days) - $250
Outdoor Seasonal Pass (All 23 days) - $325

Indoor booth spaces:
Single day - $45
Flex Pass (5 days) - $175
Flex Pass (10 days) - $300
Indoor Seasonal Pass (All 23 days) - $425
