Welcome to our 2025 applications hosted by Rathdrum Craft and Farmers Market! Please read the information below before you complete the applications. Also note that by filling out and submitting any applications, you are agreeing to our Rules and Regulations for each event.
Rathdrum Craft and Farmers Market is a local community craft and farmers market where shoppers can find produce from local farmers and unique items crafted by highly gifted artists.

2025 Applications
We have four applications this year for or four seasonal events
Application 1: Spring Craft Fairs
This application features our spring events:
February 8 - Cupid's Arrow Craft Fair
March 15 - Hello Spring Craft Fair
March 29 - April Fools Day Craft Fair
April 12 - Bloom Into Spring

Application 2: Fall/Winter Craft Fairs
This application features our fall and winter events. One of our most important events is Santa Helpers For Seniors. This event is a craft fair that doubles as a fundraiser, which is used to help the local seniors in the area. Santa Helpers For Seniors takes place the weekend before Thanksgiving every year.

November 8 - Handmade Holiday Craft Fair
November 22 - Santa Helpers For Seniors Craft Fair
December 6 - Holiday Craft Fair
December 20 - Last Minute Shopping Craft Fair

Application 3: Family Fall Festival
This application is for our huge Family Fall Festival event. There are no other events listed on this application because this is our huge 2-day event, which takes place October 18 & 19, 2025. With tons of family fun activities, vendors, a pumpkin patch, and more, this event is a joy for the community!
Use the application below to apply. If you apply and pay before July 1, 2025, you will receive our Early Bird Special 10% Discount!
BONUS: A second Outdoor Booth Space for each event you've select is Half Off. If you need a third booth space, contact us.
We are also featuring a discount on a second outdoor booth. The second booth must be used by the same vendor and cannot be shared with other vendors.
Application 4: Summer Craft and Farmers Market
The Summer Craft and Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from April 26 to September 27. It includes a Kids Day on July 12 and ends with a huge Garden Party on Sept 27.
Kids Day allows all children 17 and under a free booth! A Parent or Guardian must apply.
We have different Flex Passes that make vending at our market simple and easy on the pocket book.

We Accept:
- Arts and Crafts made by the Vendor.
- Garden produce, plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, fruit, bulbs, honey, eggs, cheese, meat, wild-harvested edibles. All produce must be clean and fresh and market ready when the seller arrives. All edible products should be off the ground.
- MLM businesses (US Borne books, Color Street, etc.) may be limited to 1 per market day. We reserve the right to decline any MLM that conflicts with our already established Vendors.
- Direct sales companies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only on special event days (Kids day, Pet adoption day, etc.).
- Fundraisers
To Become a Vendor:

- Submit an application for the events you wish to attend
- by submitting an application you are agreeing to the Rules and Regulations
- Wait for a response on whether you have been accepted or not
- If accepted, an invoice will be sent to the email provided. It must be paid within 2 weeks or your spot will be forfeit.
Prices are listed on each application.
In the forms below, please be sure to give us your business social media links, not your personal links. We use these to check the items you sell and get great information to help highlight your business on our own social media accounts.
Booth spaces:
- Outdoor booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet (10'x10')
- Indoor booth spaces are 6 feet by 8 feet (6'x8'). These spaces are limited
Kids 17 and under are always Half Price!

Early Bird Specials:
This year a couple of our events have an Early Bird Special. This means submitting and an application and paying early gives you a discount on your booth space rental!
Apply and pay before July 1, 2024 to get 10% off a booth fee for Family Fall Festival!
Apply and pay before Match 1, 2024 to get $50 off a Seasonal Pass for our Summer Craft and Farmers Market!
