2026 Applications
We have four applications for our 2026 seasonal events! Our Spring application has four fun events to apply for, which includes the first event of the year, Cupid's Arrow! Our Fall/Winter application has five holiday inspired events to choose from, which includes the last event of the year, Last Minute Shopping Craft Fair! Our unique and amazing Fall Festival has it's own separate application. This event is huge and highly sought after! Our Summer Market is also separate from the other events because it host 23 days of vendors and parties! Application 1: 2026 Spring Craft Fairs

Application 2: 2026 Fall/Winter Craft Fairs
Our Fall/Winter Craft Fairs application features our fall and winter events. One of our most important events is Santa Helpers For Seniors. This event is a craft fair that doubles as a fundraiser, which is used to help the local seniors in the area. Santa Helpers For Seniors takes place the weekend before Thanksgiving every year.

Application 3: 2026 Family Fall Festival
This application is for our huge Family Fall Festival event. There are no other events listed on this application. Our Family Fall Festival is a two-day event that takes place October 17 & 18, 2026. With tons of family fun activities, vendors, a pumpkin patch, and more, this event is a joy for the community and one you won't want to miss!
A booth space, whether indoors or outdoors, is $125. An outdoor booth space is 10' x 10'. An indoor booth space is 6' x 8'. Please not: Indoor spaces are limited, so apply ASAP.
BONUS: A second Outdoor Booth Space is only $40!! If you need a third booth space, contact us.
NOTE: The second booth must be used by the same vendor and cannot be shared with other vendors.

Application 4: 2026 Summer Craft and Farmers Market
The Summer Craft and Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from April 25 to September 26. It includes a Kids Day on July 11 and ends with a huge End of Summer Party on Sept 26.
Kids Day allows all children 17 and under a free booth! A Parent or Guardian must apply.
We have different Flex Passes that make vending at our market simple and easy on the pocket book.

Use the application below to apply and select the day(s) you wish to attend. If you apply and pay before March 1, 2026, you get 10% off a Seasonal Pass for our Summer Craft and Farmers Market! The discount inly applies to a Seasonal Pass.
We Accept:
- Arts and Crafts made by the Vendor.
- Garden produce, plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, fruit, bulbs, honey, eggs, cheese, meat, wild-harvested edibles. All produce must be clean and fresh and market ready when the seller arrives. All edible products should be off the ground.
- MLM businesses (Paper Pie, Color Street, etc.) may be limited to 1 per market day. We reserve the right to decline any MLM that conflicts with our already established Vendors.
- Direct sales companies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only on special event days (Kids day, Pet adoption day, etc.).
- Fundraisers
To Become a Vendor:

- Submit an application for the events you wish to attend
- By submitting an application you are agreeing to the Rules and Regulations
- Wait for a response on whether you have been accepted or not
- If accepted, an invoice will be sent to the email provided. It must be paid within 2 weeks or your spot will be forfeit.
Prices are listed on each application.
In the forms below, please be sure to give us your business social media links, not your personal links. We use these to check the items you sell and get great information to help highlight your business on our own social media accounts.
Booth spaces:
- Outdoor booth spaces are 10 feet by 10 feet (10'x10')
- Indoor booth spaces are about 6 feet by 8 feet (6'x8'). These spaces are limited
Kids 17 and under are always Half Price!
Early Bird Specials:
This year our Summer event has an Early Bird Special. This means submitting a Seasonal Pass application and paying early gives you a discount on your booth space rental!
Apply and pay before March 1, 2026 to get 10$ off a Seasonal Pass for our Summer Craft and Farmers Market!
